帮助别人的英语作文【篇一】
On Sunday, xiao Ming went out to play, passing some employees, he saw an old granny with rice bags standing in the doorway of some yard. 小明推着小推车到了粮店，买好了米，把米放在小推车的后边，可是前面太轻了，后边太重了,车子差点就翻倒了。于是小明就把米放在放在车子的前边，可以前面又太轻了，后面又重了，小明抬车起来非常吃力.小明灵机一动，想出了一个好主意：把米放在小推车的中间，不就可以了吗?!终于成功了。
小明回到了军烈属的家属院,把米送到了老奶奶的家中，老奶奶夸小明是个聪明的好孩子。回到了家，小明把这件事情告诉了爸爸妈妈，爸爸妈妈夸小明是个懂事心细的‘男子汉’。小明的心像吃了蜜一样甜，心想：以后我要多帮助人。

我们已经是五年级的小学生了，生活上都是大人在帮助我们，我们是不是也可以帮助到别人呢?这样的一次机会以终于来了。
那是一次我坐公共汽车回家的路上发生的事。公共汽车来了，车还没停稳，一伙人就挨挨挤挤的争着上车。我不想这样，我就在一旁等，大家都上去了，我才上车。我一上车，还好，有座位。我刚想坐下来的时候，后面上来一个老奶奶，她环顾了四周，我也随着她的目光向四周扫视了一遍，原来已经没座位了。我决定给她让个座。于是我对老奶奶说：“奶奶，来，坐这儿吧”。说完我站起，走到了一旁。老奶奶说：“孩子啊，还是你坐吧。”我连忙说：“还是您坐吧，我站着就可以了!”，就这样老奶奶坐到了我的座位上。当时我觉得很是快乐，一颗心也终于放下，因为我当时心里还坏坏的想过难道我想做一次好事的愿望都实现不了吗?这时突然听见后面一个小女孩的妈妈好象在对她的孩子说：“你看人家大哥哥多懂事，要向哥哥学习啊!”我听了，仿佛自己真的长大了，我能给予别人帮助了，心里别提有多开心。
从这件事后，我真的很快乐，因为我学会了帮助别人。知道原来帮助别人是件让人快乐的事，妈妈说的助人为乐，可能就是这个道理吧。
我觉得：帮助别人，快乐自己!
